What is included in a corporate apartment home? All of our apartments are fully furnished using a full size apartment. Included in the apartment you will have all the comforts of home: a full size washer and dryer, living room, kitchen, dining room and private bedrooms. All linens, kitchen house wares (including Microwave), pictures, plants, etcetera will be there for your enjoyment. Cable Television and utilities are all included. In your apartment you will find executive furnishings throughout. Additional items and maid service are available at an added cost.
What size apartments do you offer? We offer a wide selection of one, two and three bedroom apartments featuring full kitchens and separate living and bedrooms. The size of our floorplans vary from location to location, but we always offer among the most spacious apartments in all locations, with much larger living areas than a hotel room. The sizes of our units average:
One Bedroom 700-1100 sq. ft. Two Bedrooms 900-1300 sq. ft. Three Bedrooms 1200-1500 sq. ft.

What kind of furniture is provided in your corporate apartment home? We provide executive styled furniture for every room of your apartment. You will find living room, dining room and bedroom furniture in your new temporary home. Styles may vary, but one thing remains the same… COMFORT and QUALITY at prices that are much lower than Hotel stays!
Are unfurnished apartments available for lease? Yes, unfurnished apartments are available for long term leasing.
Can Corporate Doors work with Insurance Companies to provide for claims? Absolutely! We work directly with the claims adjuster to quickly provide a temporary home for victims of fire, flood, structural damage and other natural disasters. Working with the adjuster allows us to keep the burden off of the insured parties. We handle billing, security deposits, move-in and move-out for all of our clients.
What is the minimum stay required? We ask that you stay for a minimum of 30 days. Depending on availability, we can occasionally offer a lower minimum stay.
How much notice do you need for me to move-out? We only need a 30-day written move out notice for you to vacate the apartment.
What about school systems for my children? You are in luck! Our properties are situated in the state's top school districts and educational systems. Make sure you mention the need for school related information and we will assist you in researching the available options.
How do I pay? We include everything on one, simple customized invoice. You can be billed every month and pay via credit card, check/money order or with a cashiers check. We can bill both individuals or can invoice a company directly.
Are pets welcome? Many properties we work with do allow pets, however there is a weight limit. It will also be necessary for the occupant to make pet arrangements directly with the onsite leasing office.
